I’m not usually an openly romantic person and the thought of being all soppy and seeing a mass amount of PDA kind of makes me feel sick. So as you can imagine, Valentines day isn’t the perfect occasion for me, however I can’t deny I do enjoy being treated and it can often be a good reminder to show your other half how much you appreciate and love them. So I’ve compiled a very small list of Valentine’s Day inspiration, either for the occasion or to buy as a gift.
LOVE Ice Cream Pink Pleated Cold Shoulder Dress
This dress is so cute. It would be perfect to wear for a Valentine’s date (if the weather permits) and it will be perfect to keep for summer too. It also comes in a darker pink as well as black which also look very chic.
Okay, so if I wear shoes like this I end up about 7 feet tall, which I’m sure my boyfriend would find less than romantic, but still I can’t help but love these statement Kandee heels. They are a little trashy which for me just adds to the appeal but worn with the right outfit they can look fabulous as well as giving you legs that look like they to on for miles! They are in the sale making them a steal but hurry, there are only a few sizes left!
I am addicted to O.P.I as I’ve previously mentioned. Here is just another fabulous shade in their large collection of vibrant and attractive colours. This one is great for Valentine’s Day as it’s a gorgeous red shade and it’s also half price on Beauty Bay. Perfect!
This is one of my two favourite perfumes, the other being Gucci by Gucci. I think this scent is perfect for Valentines day as I would describe it as sweet feminine and flirty (if a scent can be those things). The packaging and bottle is gorgeous and it’s pink which makes it doubly perfect for the occasion.
Pearls & Lipstick ‘Pink To Make Them Wink’ Clutch Bag
Okay so I couldn’t do this post without throwing one of my own products in there. This Pearls & Lipstick clutch bag is perfect to complete that Valentine’s Day outfit (if I do say so myself!). It also makes for a great Valentines day gift for that special someone.
One of my favourite lipstick shades, this one’s perfect because it’s pink, obviously. The great thing about this shade is that it stays on for ages too. So if you’re enjoying a romantic meal this Valentine’s, this could be the shade for you… Unfortunately it’s not snog proof.

I’ve had some brilliant lingerie from Asda in the past. That’s right I said it, Asda. As much as I adore my fancy sets I also love the convince of picking up an nice set at the same time as doing a food shop (glamorous I know)… Life can get so busy and so if you haven’t had chance to pick up anything Valentine’s Day related yet and want to treat your other half or maybe just yourself! Then this could be the perfect purchase for you.
