Not long ago I did a makeup shop and ended up doing a bit of a Sleek haul (the other products I will blog soon). It was one of those situations, you walk into Boots ready to buy that one item you actually need and then see that it’s three for two mix and match and end up buying at least 6 items (two of those were free so it was basically a steal right). Anyway this was one of those items, not what I’d initially gone in to purchase but something I ended up wanting anyway.
I used to have a purple lipstick from Sleek ages ago (I think the shade was Mystic), which I did actually wear quite often, however I lost it and never replaced it. So when this Sleek shade Exxxaggerate caught my eye, I thought I’d add it to my basket.
I love this colour and as it is matte it stays on well too. The only thing is after wearing this lipstick for a while the lips do start to feel a bit dry but its nothing that a dab of Vaseline can’t solve. I’d recommend this lipstick to first timers who maybe haven’t worn purple lipstick before and fancy giving it ago. As it is good value for money, it won’t break the bank and so it’s a good one to start with to begin building your purple lipstick collection!
