I’ve recently been using the John Frieda Frizz Ease Dream Curls Shampoo and John Frieda Frizz Ease Dream Curls Conditioner. I really like these products. For me they work really well on my curls. I don’t like to shampoo too often but for me I need to do a full wash at least a couple of times a week to prevent product build up. Also because I go to the gym quite often it’s something I find necessary for my hair as apposed to ‘no poo‘ techniques. The Dream Curls Shampoo does well to clean the hair and scalp without leaving my hair feeling too dry afterwards and the Dream Curls Conditioner works well to detangle my curls and make my hair softer and more manageable.
As I’ve mentioned before, I always leave a small amount of conditioner in my hair after washing, so I never fully rinse out the product. With this John Frieda Frizz Ease Dream Curls Conditioner, after leaving some in my hair after washing and then drying, my curls are left feeling really soft and fluffy whilst still maintaining their natural coils. I like how lightweight the product feels in my hair as apposed to some other conditioners for curly hair that can often feel quite heavy and quickly cause build up. I like using these products on days when I want my hair to look a bit more fluffy and bouncy. I would recommend these products to those with type 3c hair, like myself and I think these products would probably work quite well for looser curl types also.
